
How to get your laptop repaired with us
Godspeed Studio, We specialize in computer solutions and can repair any make and model of laptop. Whether it's an Acer, eMachines, Gateway, Dell, Alienware, HP, Compaq, Dell, WinBook, Sony, IBM/Lenovo, Fujitsu, NEC, Toshiba, Voodoo PC, we can track down the parts necessary to repair your laptop.
Don't see your brand listed? Don't worry, we can take care of it as well.
Make sure you completely describe your issue, and include your model number and make of the computer. if you know the year is was made and the specs that helps as well
Be sure to include all necessary contact information (name, address, phone, and email). Include all relevant information in the email. The more information we have, the better we can repair it.
Make note of the trouble ticket number that you are assigned. This will come to you by email. If you do not receive one, please check your junk mail (spam) filter settings, and make sure you allow all email from the laptoprepaircenter.com domain. Properly package your laptop for shipping.
When shipping, be sure to include your AC adapter/power supply.
Make sure you use a box that will keep your laptop and power supply. If you don't have a box to ship your unit, please take your laptop, AC adapter/power supply and battery to a UPS Store or FedEx/Kinkos and have it professionally boxed. FedEx has boxes designed for shipping laptops.
Make sure you DO NOT place the AC adapter/power supply on top of the laptop as it can break the lcd screen during shipping. Place it beside the laptop in the shipping box.
Wrap your laptop in bubble wrap or fill with packing peanuts to make sure the laptop doesn't slide around or bounce during shipping.
If you are sending us your laptop because of software or possible bad hard drive issues, please be sure to send the original cd's that came with your computer.
Be sure to write the trouble ticket number from our response email on the outside of the box, along with your return address.

We will call or email you when we receive the laptop. Once we know what is wrong with your laptop, we call you with an estimate on the parts, labor, and return shipping. Should you decline repair, you are still responsible for the cost of labor and return shipping.
Please note that for many laptop parts, there may be extra time involved due to the uniqueness of laptop parts.
